A well-established organisation in Newry is seeking a dedicated Group HR Generalist to join its HR function. Known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service, the company places strong value on its people and aims to foster a supportive, high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations cases from initial enquiry through to resolution
  • Lead on recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
  • Support performance management processes and coach managers on effective development conversations
  • Assist with the administration of compensation, benefits, and reward programmes
  • Support initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing, and employee engagement
  • Contribute to wider HR projects and organisational change programmes
  • Produce HR reports, data insights, and dashboards for senior leadership
The ideal candidate
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline (CIPD qualification desirable)
  • 2-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong working knowledge of UK & NI employment legislation
  • Competence in HRIS systems, Excel, and data analysis tools
