The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday HCM solutions, particularly in Compensation, Time, or Absence modules. Responsibilities include leading Agile practices, coaching team members, and effectively communicating product strategies. This role does not involve supervisory duties and aims to improve process efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years owning or configuring Compensation, Time, or Absence modules.
• At least 1 year coaching or mentoring globally.
• Experience communicating complex concepts in Agile.

Responsibilities

• Enable collaboration between HR business owners and digital product teams.
• Implement new functionality, improve data quality, and increase process adoption.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and present product strategy to stakeholders.
