Qualifications

• Experience handling on-call rotations and pages for production systems.
• Experience managing Kubernetes and associated tooling in production.
• Experience delivering software end-to-end and managing it in production.

Responsibilities

• Help teams adopt observability and reliability best practices.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code.
• Be a first responder in Critical Incident Process.

Skills

Experience operating cloud platforms and services at scale

Knowledge of monitoring and alerting practices

Proficiency with Terraform

Proficiency with at least one programming language

Proficiency with git and software collaboration tools

Great communication skills

Strong sense of ownership and accountability
