Job summary

A leading global HR consulting firm is seeking an experienced HR professional to develop relationships, support HR activities across the UK and Northern Europe, and manage HR administration. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a global context, and solid knowledge of UK legislation. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously and contribute to diverse HR processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in HR.
  • Experience in a global company is ideal.
  • Knowledge of UK and Ireland legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop trusting relationships with employees, managers, and HR team.
  • Support HR activities in UK, Ireland, BeNeLux, and Northern Europe.
  • Manage and oversee HR administration activities.
