A rare opportunity has come up at one of our food‑led premium dining sites. The Boathouse, Neston, is nestled in an attractive seaside setting and enjoys a fantastic local reputation. The site is due to have £1.5 million refurb with a complete redevelopment including restoring the upstairs function space. The plans are for the pub to close in March 26 and reopen towards the end of May 26. This role will likely commence in April 26.
Parkgate, Neston is a bit of an oddity, it is a seaside village, with no sea! The Boathouse looks straight over the magnificent Dee Estuary and its vast marshland and boasts fantastic fresh food dining and drinks. With a beautiful conservatory and outdoor seating area, it’s the best place for watching the local wildlife or the evening sunset, whilst enjoying a few drinks and a home cooked meal.
