Location: Preston - Salaried

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 +OTE

What You’ll be Doing
  • You’re the Ultimate Party Starter—coaching, motivating, and supporting your team to deliver outstanding service with energy and passion.
  • Whether it’s developing an Assistant Manager or guiding a new bartender, you help your team grow and thrive.
  • Manage busy nights and tricky moments calmly, ensuring smooth, professional service even under pressure.
  • Make sure the venue is compliant, efficient, and always ready to go.
  • Manage stock, rotas, budgets, payroll, and P&L with confidence—keeping the business commercially strong.
  • Lead by example when it comes to standards, ensuring the bar always looks great and delivers consistent quality.
  • You bring energy and creativity—launching new events, improving service, and finding ways to increase sales.
  • You work closely with the Brand and Support Centre teams to position your venue as a must-visit destination and a great place to work.
