A leading facilities management company in Exeter is seeking a skilled Gas/Plumbing Maintenance Engineer. This full-time permanent position involves scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of gas equipment across the Theme Park and Hotels. Candidates should have an apprenticeship in relevant mechanical services at NVQ level 3 and possess commercial experience in the Gas/Plumbing field. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Shift Pattern: 5 in 7
We are looking for a skilled Gas/Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to carry out both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across the Resort’s gas equipment and utility infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all gas-related systems and installations across the Theme Park and Hotels.
This is a full time permanent position which offers a great opportunity for candidates who are eager to develop their technical skills in a dynamic environment.
Apprenticeship in relevant mechanical services engineering discipline to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or C&G level 3 or ONC or BTEC. relevant Safe Gas registration modules and with a flexible approach to work.
