The Role

• Develop and progress features for our next-generation real-time media transport, processing, and monitoring software.
• Maintain and improve our existing internal and production software products.
• Work within a collaborative within a highly agile environment and participate in daily team prioritisation and organisation.
• Review other team members’ code contributions within an Agile development framework, giving feedback, and building and sharing knowledge.
• Collaboration with our technical colleagues within some of the world’s major broadcasters contributing to business-critical live broadcasts.
• Experience with a modern front-end framework ideally React.js.
• Experienced with source control and collaboration through Git.
• Working knowledge of Linux.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK, this role can be office (Bracknell or Leeds) or hybrid in the UK.

The following are desirable but not essential.

• Experience in UX design.
• Rust
• Interest in real-time media transport.
• Knowledge of networking, UDP, RTP, Multicast and Unicast.
• Experience with AngularJS.
• Proven flexibility to adapt to new techniques and languages.
