Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager — UK (6-10h/week)

Remote | Freelance | UK-focused

Perifit is a femtech company on a mission to radically improve women’s health — from pelvic floor care to breastfeeding and beyond. We build smart, connected devices, but more importantly, we’re here to break taboos, challenge outdated systems, and put women’s bodies back at the center of healthcare.

After strong wins in other markets, we’re ready to level up our influencer strategy in the UK — and we’re looking for a Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager to help us do it right.

This role is for someone who knows the French creator landscape inside out, thinks both creatively and commercially, and wants their work to actually mean something.

What you’ll do

🇬🇧Own influencer marketing for the UK

• Build, grow, and optimize Perifit’s influencer strategy in the UK market
• Identify and collaborate with creators who genuinely align with our mission

📊 Drive performance (without killing creativity)

• Track performance, extract insights, and continuously iterate
• Build long-term partnerships, not one-off posts

🎨 Work closely with the brand team

• Collaborate with Brand, Social, and Paid teams to make sure influencer content fits into the bigger picture
• Help adapt creator content for ads and other marketing channels when relevant

You’re probably a great fit if…

• You have proven experience managing high-performing sales-first influencer campaigns in the UK
• You already have a strong network of UK creators in the motherhood, women's health, and wellbeing communities on Instagram and TikTok (YouTube is a plus)
• You’re comfortable juggling strategy + execution on a small but ambitious time budget
• You care about women’s health, feminism, and breaking taboos
• You’re organized, autonomous, and not afraid of numbers
