Pay and Hours

• Freelance basis, payment £62.00 per appointment (incl. lodgement fee) for properties up to 6 bedrooms.
• Pay based on skill and experience.
• Nationwide, choose travel radius.

Required Responsibilities

• Qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates.
• Work independently, accepting or rejecting appointment invitations as you see fit.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent communication skills.
• Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years.
• Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• A valid Assessor ID.
