We are guided by our five values: Patients first; Learn Fast; Own the quality; Succeed together; Care deeply. Backed by top-tier investors, Numan is already having a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of patients in the UK, and we want you to help us deliver this mission.

The role

We’re looking for an FP&A Manager to take responsibility for group financial planning and analysis at Numan. You’ll oversee annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, develop financial models, and provide insight to help guide sustainable growth. This role ensures financial information is clear, plans are actionable, and teams are equipped with the data they need to make effective decisions. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business and play a key part in shaping how FP&A supports Numan’s next phase of growth.

You’ll be:

  • Coordinating group-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring plans are accurate and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to track performance, assess new initiatives, and support group strategy.
  • Presenting cost movements and variances in a structured way to ensure results are fully understood.
  • Building and maintaining financial models for scenario planning, cash forecasting, and strategic projects.
  • Delivering analysis of key metrics such as LTV, CAC, retention, payback, and contribution margin to provide clear visibility on profitability and unit economics.
  • Enhancing FP&A processes, reporting, and tools, making them scalable, efficient, and insightful.
  • Working closely with Finance colleagues to ensure FP&A is aligned with financial reporting and compliance.
  • Contributing to the development of best-in-class FP&A within a fast-growing, international organisation.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, including managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • A background in designing or improving FP&A processes to enhance efficiency and value.
  • The ability to work with teams across a business to provide financial guidance and influence outcomes.
  • A solid understanding of commercial metrics such as LTV:CAC and key growth drivers.
  • The flexibility to operate effectively in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities with a collaborative approach.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in an accessible way.

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Experience in healthtech, digital healthcare, or other high-growth subscription businesses.
  • Exposure to international financial planning across multiple entities.
  • Familiarity with finance systems and tools to automate or scale FP&A processes.
