Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative support is preferred.
  • Automotive administration experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain systems for fleet transactions and customer information.
  • Contract and re-contract vehicles, ensuring price protection.
  • Order vehicles from manufacturers according to customer needs.
  • Confirm delivery information with customers and submit necessary documentation.

Job description

A new EXCITING opportunity has arisen to join the business as aFleet Sales Support at our offices in High Ercall TF6 6RA. The successful candidate will be expected on site 5 days a week to continue the businesses growth success and support for the division.

The Fleet Sales Support is a multi-skilled role that will work closely with the sales team and other departments to provide a 360 support to a high standard.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept customer orders and ensure that all details are accurately recorded.
  • Maintain internal and external systems to ensure that fleet transactions & customer information.
  • Contract and re-contract vehicles, ensuring all price protection terms are met.
  • Order vehicles from manufacturers in line with customer needs.
  • Confirm delivery information with customers and submit delivery packs including necessary documentation and paperwork.
  • Arrange deliveries with customers and ensure all details are confirmed and any necessary arrangements are made.
  • Update customers with vehicle arrivals, ensuring that all details are accurate.
  • Assist debtors by following up on outstanding invoices and payments.
  • Allocate registration numbers to vehicles.
Ideally, we are looking for:
  • Experience in an administrative support is preferred.
  • Automotive administration experience would be advantageous.
  • Team player and customer focussed.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Able to commute to site at High Ercall 5 days a week.
