Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9-5pm, 45 minute lunch
Salary: £26,500 per annum plus bonus

About the role

As the Fleet Administrator for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will play a key role in managing the Fleet Support inbox, maintaining fleet systems and data, and ensuring business-as-usual reporting and asset housekeeping are completed accurately and on time. This role works closely with depot colleagues, internal teams, and external suppliers to keep fleet operations running smoothly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manage the Fleet Support inbox, responding to queries and coordinating with Fleet SMEs where needed
  • Maintain and complete BAU fleet reports in line with daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
  • Carry out daily housekeeping of Tranzaura and telematics systems
  • Maintain fleet asset and back-office databases, including licences, fuel cards, VOR trackers, mileage reports, PCNs and NOIPs
  • Support data integrity across all fleet systems
  • Promote safe and compliant fleet operations at all times

Qualifications and experience required.
  • Experience in an administrative role (fleet or operations experience desirable)
  • Confident using systems and managing data with strong attention to detail
  • Organised, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Assertive, flexible and comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
