A health and wellbeing service provider based in Andover is looking for a Fitness Manager to manage the onsite gym operations, deliver fitness classes, and develop health initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and has a proven track record in fitness coaching and group class instruction. Job Title: Fitness Manager

About the role:
The Fitness Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the onsite gym; including the delivery of onsite and virtual classes, gym inductions, fitness programming etc… and work closely with various departments within the client site to create and deliver the internal wellbeing strategy. The successful candidate will be the wellbeing ambassador onsite, representing Westfield Health, aiming to inspire others and a key enabler for healthy change.
