We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to become part of our exclusive Healthclub Team at the 5-star Spa at Culloden.

Under the leadership of our Spa & Healthclub Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills, and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality. We want to invest in your skills and offer an extensive range of learning and development opportunities.

The successful candidate can expect to work 35 hours per week (exculding breaks), five shifts out of seven including weekends, and have a flexible approach to deliver the variety of classes available to our hotel guests and Healthclub Members.

The salary for this full-time position is £22,568 per annum.

About the role

To be responsible for delivering fitness instruction and guidance for the greatest enjoyment of guests and maximum profit contribution to the hotel.

  • To conduct various exercise classes and fitness assessments.
  • To provide a range of leisure pursuits within your competancy to maximise customer expectations.
  • To provide the highest standards of service to guests, ensuring all guests needs and expectations are met.
  • To ensure all equipment and materials are used in correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
  • To work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
  • To maintain the security of stock areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
  • To maintain the presentation of the Spa & Healthclub in accordance with Hastings standards.
  • To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
  • To ensure that guest concerns, complaints or difficulties are dealt with courteously and efficiently, reporting them to the Manager on duty.
  • To ensure all guest enquires are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • To assist with monitoring and maintenance of leisure plant, fixtures and facilities.
  • Any other duties as required by management.
