You will ensure projects are finished to the highest standards and on schedule, liaising with contractors and project teams. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in residential construction handovers and a strong focus on quality and safety compliance. We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Finishing Manager to take responsibility for our homes at Horlicks Quarter, from the final build and clean stage through to handover. This role is key in ensuring that every home is completed to the highest quality standards, on schedule, and ready for commissioning and occupation.
