FINISHER - LARGE FORMAT GRAPHICS

HERTFORDSHIRE

Salary: £Generous - Depending on Experience + Overtime (time ½ ) + 23 Days Holiday (Save 3 for Christmas Close) + 8 Bank Holidays

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Our client is an established large format graphics company based in Hertfordshire. They are currently seeking an experienced Finisher to join their busy finishing team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong technical finishing skills who takes pride in producing high quality work within a fast‑paced environment.

The successful candidate will be mainly operating the Kongsberg machine, working closely with the wider team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use digital cutting tables, including a Kongsberg, on a daily basis
• Operate finishing equipment to complete large format printed work to specification
• Carry out finishing tasks accurately, ensuring high quality output at all times
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets production and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with print and production colleagues to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures
• Support production requirements, including overtime when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a finishing role within a large format graphics environment
• Hands on experience using a Kongsberg cutting table
• Experience using a Kongsberg cutting table is highly desirable, however will look at other large format cutters such as a Zund
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production setting
• Willingness to work overtime when required
