A leading financial services company based in London is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist. This role involves building financial models, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with various departments to enhance financial capability. Ideal candidates should possess strong Excel skills and a background in the financial services or insurance sectors. The position offers a competitive salary around £70,000 with a hybrid working arrangement.

If you enjoy building financial models, analysing trends, and partnering with teams to shape decisions, this role is the for you. You’ll thrive if you’re confident with Excel, eager to learn new tools, and want to influence how we plan and forecast.
You’ll join our Finance team at Probitas Syndicate 1492, working closely with Aviva and other departments like Underwriting and Actuarial. Your role is all about building FP&A capability – from planning and reforecasting to variance analysis and reporting. You’ll provide insights that help leaders make informed decisions and support the growth of our business. It’s a chance to shape processes, improve tools, and deliver real value.
Please note that experience within the Financial Services or Insurance field is essential to be successful in this role.
