About the Role

As a Financial Advisor at Salus Wealth Management, you’ll play a key role in both nurturing existing client relationships, servicing an existing client book and generating new business. You’ll provide tailored advice across pensions, investments and broader financial planning, helping clients achieve long-term financial wellbeing. This role suits someone confident in client engagement, proactive in seeking opportunities and committed to delivering advice of the highest standard.

Your responsibilities as a Financial Advisor will include:

Manage an existing portfolio of clients, delivering ongoing financial planning reviews.
Identify and develop new financial planning opportunities.
Maintain up to date and compliant client records, ensuring all recommendations are well documents and aligned with company standards.
Complete continued professional development to ensure you stay up to date on industry regulation and products.

What will you need to succeed as a Financial Advisor:

Must be Level 4 DipFA or CII Diploma qualified.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and proactive with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Commutable fortnightly to the Reading area.
Experience is not essential as full training can be provided.
