Job summary

A prestigious home care provider in Leeds is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead a dedicated team. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery while supporting Care Assistants. Ideal candidates will possess team supervision experience and a Level 2 Diploma or equivalent. We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our award-winning team and help customers live independently at home through high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll lead and support a team of Care Assistants, write and maintain high quality care plans and risk assessments, conduct quality monitoring and coach your team to deliver premium care and support.

This is a vital leadership role, split 50/50 between office and field work. We’re seeking someone kind, caring, empathetic and confident, with experience in social care and the assertiveness to uphold premium quality standards without exception.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Carry out assessments, reviews and write care plans
  • Build strong relationships with customers and families
  • Lead, coach and support Care Assistants
  • Conduct spot checks, supervisions and field training
  • Promote teamwork, wellbeing and job satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
  • Monitor quality, act on feedback and support with audits and on-call duties
What We’re Looking For
  • Ideally holds a Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent experience) and willing to work towards Level 3
  • Experience in home care and team supervision
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
  • Based in Leeds or nearby
