Qualifications

• A background in Civils, Fibre and/or Telecoms, ideally fibre optic networks (FTTH/FTTP).
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and fault fix network issues.
• Full driving licence (manual), held for 12 months+.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of the allocated Break Fix schedules safely and to standard.
• Initial first response to overhead poles to assess and feedback for contractor instruction.
• Ensure compliance with quality and Health & Safety standards.
