This young person is creative, expressive, and fun-loving individual who deserves a supporter who can bring out the best in them.With a tracheostomy, ventilation, and PEG feed, they require complex care, but they're also bursting with personality and enthusiasm and , you'll be the key to unlocking their full potential. You'll build a strong, trusting relationship, understand their unique needs, and help them live life to the fullest. This role sits within our Team Brain Injury Support, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Complex Care Manager.
We work together in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of both physical and mental disabilities.
