Responsibilities
As aCare Assistantyour key responsibilities will include:
  • Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
  • Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
  • Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
  • Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
  • Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
Our Care Assistants benefit from:
  • £13.35 per hour
  • £12.50 per hour for travel time
  • Paid Fuel - 35p per mile
  • Enhanced Bank Holiday rate at £20.00 per hour
  • Access to Health & Social Care qualifications
  • £400 referral scheme for introducing new carers (T&C’s apply)
