The company operates from their head office in Windsor and additional offices in the USA and Denmark, and they are now looking for a skilled Fabric Data Engineer to join their dynamic digital team.

Responsibilities
  • Identify optimal methods for data extraction and ingestion using tools like PySpark Notebooks and ETL flows.
  • Develop data integrations with error handling and business logic to prevent data corruption.
  • Apply best practices for data transformation into actionable data tables.
  • Ensure data platform requirements of downstream users, including BI teams, are met.
  • Store and transform data using medallion architecture and manage Lakehouse and warehouse assets.
  • Oversee operations and maintenance of data pipelines, optimizing efficiency and resolving issues.
  • Promote a self-serve data reporting approach across the business.
