Role: EYFS Teacher
Location: M11, Manchester
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: £138 to £208 per day (Dependent on Experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: LONG TERM

Reeson Education is seeking a nurturing and dedicated EYFS Teacher for a long-term role in a welcoming and inclusive primary school located in the M11 area of Manchester. This full-time EYFS Teacher position is available from January, on a long term basis.

The school is known for its caring ethos, strong leadership, and commitment to early years development. As an EYFS Teacher, you will join a dedicated team that places children’s wellbeing and early learning at the centre of everything they do. The setting provides a rich and stimulating environment, where children are encouraged to explore, question, and thrive through play-based and structured learning.

EYFS Teacher Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
  • Foster a warm and supportive classroom atmosphere
  • Support the social, emotional, and academic development of young learners
  • Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress
  • Work closely with support staff and parents to ensure each child’s needs are met
  • Adapt teaching strategies to suit pupils with a range of abilities and backgrounds
  • Promote early phonics, number work, and fine/gross motor skill development
  • Create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan enriching continuous provision
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, routines, and learning
EYFS Teacher Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience as an EYFS Teacher or in an early years setting
  • Passion for early childhood education and development
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child‑centred learning
