A rare early years teacher job opportunity to join our outstanding early years provision.
Lift Charles Warren is an inclusive primary for children aged 4 to 11, with both mainstream classes and a specialist provision for pupils in EYFS to the end of Key Stage 1. Set in the beautiful village of Simpson, the school is surrounded by trees and bordered by the canal, giving children extensive grounds and a wonderful environment in which to learn and play. The school is led by the ambitious and dedicated Executive Principal, Mrs Sharon Burke, who has established a strong and personable team. In July 2025 the school received a fantastic Ofsted rating with areas being ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’. This is an exciting time to join as we search for an early years teacher.
At Lift Charles Warren we have high expectations for all pupils. Our aim is for every child to be inspired, challenged and supported to achieve their very best, and this role is vital for us to meet that promise to parents and children alike. Due to an unforeseen illness we are looking for an early years teacher to join our outstanding provision. We are fortunate to have a brilliant outdoor area, including a forest school, nature walk and well‑kept grounds. We are looking for a driven early years teacher to work with two very experienced and capable TAs to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum, facilitating a positive learning environment where all children feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
