Experienced Warehouse Operatives (Picking & Packing)

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for Experienced Warehouse Operatives (Picking / Packing) to join our clients team based in the Baglan area. The successful candidates will be target driven, have drive and ambition and will be required to work in a busy Warehouse environment. Must be reliable and trustworthy and will be required to stand for long periods of time and do a lot of walking during the picking process.

Rate of pay: £12.60ph (Overtime also available)

Hours: DAYS Monday‑Friday: 8am‑3.30pm / AFTERNOONS: 3.30pm‑10.30pm

Contract: This is a temporary assignment for approx 6 weeks. Candidates will be required to work full time for the duration of the assignment, therefore we are unable to consider anyone with holidays during this time.

Duties & Expectations

• Picking / Packing items accurately based on customer orders
• Aim to meet strict KPI targets set by your line Manager
• Able to follow instruction and processes
• Flexibility to adapt to company demand being able to work extra hours when needed
• Able to work Saturdays when needed and Bank Holidays
• Exceptional timekeeping and attendance
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy environment
• Work as part of a successful team as well as working on your own initiative
• Be able to support other departments in the Warehouse when needed
• Comply with Health & Safety policy considering duty of care for yourself and others at all times.
• Ironing experience desirable
