Are you good with numbers and have a keen eye for detail?

As a Cashier at Grosvenor Casino, you’ll be managing transactions quickly & efficiently, ensuring the cash desk operation runs smoothly – allowing the customer to make the most of their gaming experience – continuing their excitement and entertainment.

Maintaining customer confidentiality is vital in this role, a long side providing a first-class customer service which means you’ll need high integrity along with great emotional intelligence and social skills.

You’ll work alongside a supportive team, and we’ll help you gain the skills you’ll need to level up to Head Cashier.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 months experience operating as a cashier in a casino cash desk & PFL is essential
  • Excellent numeracy skills, with the ability to account for and manage large sums of cash accurately
  • Strong understanding of or willingness to learn legislation related to the cash desk function, sufficient to pass a competency test
  • Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanour in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in using cash handling equipment and casino management software
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • laundering (AML) procedures and responsible gambling practices
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical aspects of the job
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and casino needs
  • Previous experience in a high-volume cash handling environment is preferred
