We’re now looking for an Experienced Accountant who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working closely with a dynamic internal team and an engaging portfolio of clients.

🔍 The Opportunity

This exciting role supports both existing and new ASK Bermuda clients across a diverse portfolio of industries. You’ll be hands‑on with the numbers and also help clients understand performance, improve processes, and make better decisions.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end accounting and reporting, including:

• Processing and reconciling transactions
• Preparing management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis
• Managing payroll, accounts payable and receivable
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow planning
• Ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
• Reviewing and improving accounting processes and internal controls
• Supporting audits and ad‑hoc advisory work
• Working closely with ASK Bermuda’s leadership and advisory team to deliver real value to clients
• Strong, hands‑on accounting skills across financial reporting, reconciliations and budgeting
• Solid experience with QuickBooks Online and tech-enabled accounting workflows
• Established experience using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Confidence with financial analysis, forecasting, and problem‑solving
• High attention to detail, with a commercial and solutions‑focused mindset
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team
• 5+ years’ progressive accounting experience, either in-house or in practice
• A professional accounting designation is welcome but not required — we actively support those working toward one
• Sound understanding of Bermuda’s business environment, including payroll, benefits, and regulatory requirements, is an asset
