A leading health and fitness organization in Canary Wharf is seeking an Exercise Specialist (Corporate Wellbeing Advisor) to supervise the fitness floor and deliver group exercise classes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate fitness and the ability to motivate members through personalized fitness programs. A REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualification is required, and the role offers a salary of £28,880.00 rising to £30,880.00 after one year.

Exercise Specialist (Corporate Wellbeing Advisor)

Canary Wharf |Fitness Permanent | Full time

40 hours per week Starting - No Weekend or Bank Holiday Work

Salary £28,880.00 rising to £30,880.00 at the end of the first year subject to passing ACSM qualification.

Please note you are salaried for personal training as part of your day-to-day role, so there is no extra money for PT outside of shifts.

Should your application be successful, you will be expected to attend an assessment day in Canary Wharf.

As a Exercise Specialist (Corporate Wellbeing Advisor) at our corporate club, you’ll have a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. You’re highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver great training.

As a Exercise Specialist (Corporate Wellbeing Advisor) , you will:
  • Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes
  • Be REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) qualified
  • Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, from Spin to Les Mills
  • Promote and carry out our unique Health MOT, a health assessment that empowers members to work towards manageable personal goals
  • Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities
  • Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice
  • Deputise for the Programme Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience
