You will receive direct mentorship from the founding directors, who share 50 years of combined experience, developing your expertise and in‑depth knowledge of the Financial Services landscape. • Candidate Sourcing: Use databases, professional networks, referrals, and proactive outreach to identify and engage top‑level talent.
• Client Reporting: Deliver detailed market maps, curated candidate shortlists, and regular progress updates throughout each search assignment.
