Luxury Asset Financing – We are recognised as the ‘go to’ financier for asset-rich clients needing instant cash against jewellery, watches, art, handbags, cars, fine wine and other high-end luxury goods. We also buy these pre-loved assets for resale.

Luxury Boutique Retail – Along with our online retail store, we currently have eight High Street locations in and around London plus Manchester, with expected growth to additional locations in the coming years.

Executive Personal Assistant - Role Overview

This varied and challenging role involves working alongside the MD and his team, helping to progress the company’s key projects and initiatives. The MD also owns a property development company, and the post-holder will assist in sourcing the next project and will be involved with ongoing development. The role also includes supporting the MD with maintenance/building works at his residence, plus travel and domestic arrangements. This is a wide-ranging role with days spanning from store scouting to supporting podcast engagements, coordinating building materials for projects, and assisting with management meetings and logistics.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the MD in key tasks and deadlines
  • Diary management
  • Acting as first point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls
  • Working daily with Finance, Banking, Admin, Marketing, Store, Stock & HR teams
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Negotiating and working with estate and letting agents, architects, and solicitors
  • Assisting with new store setups
  • Personal support with home maintenance and travel arrangements
  • Arranging management meetings, sourcing venues, compiling agendas, and minuting action points
  • Arranging staff social functions
  • Preparation and typing of correspondence and reports
  • Travel to external meetings
