A luxury assets finance firm based in Guildford is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support the MD with various tasks including diary management, project sourcing, and liaising with internal teams. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience at the Director level and possess strong organisational and communication skills. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring an engaging work environment with diverse challenges.

Luxury Brands - We deal in well-known luxury brands such as Cartier, Rolex, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, to name a few.
Luxury Asset Financing – We are recognised as the ‘go to’ financier for asset-rich clients needing instant cash against jewellery, watches, art, handbags, cars, fine wine and other high-end luxury goods. We also buy these pre-loved assets for resale.
Luxury Boutique Retail – Along with our online retail store, we currently have eight High Street locations in and around London plus Manchester, with expected growth to additional locations in the coming years.
Executive Personal Assistant - Role Overview
This varied and challenging role involves working alongside the MD and his team, helping to progress the company’s key projects and initiatives. The MD also owns a property development company, and the post-holder will assist in sourcing the next project and will be involved with ongoing development. The role also includes supporting the MD with maintenance/building works at his residence, plus travel and domestic arrangements. This is a wide-ranging role with days spanning from store scouting to supporting podcast engagements, coordinating building materials for projects, and assisting with management meetings and logistics.
