A prominent catering firm in Hereford is seeking an Executive Chef Manager to oversee food production and service quality. Applicants must have experience as a Head Chef in fast-paced environments, creativity in menu planning, and a solid understanding of food hygiene standards. A co-educational specialist residential college of further education based in the English city of Hereford. Catering for around 100 students and teachers. We offer a Delivered breakfast, lunch and Supper. This is a Monday to Sunday operation with some hospitality. Additional benefits of this location is free parking and discounted gym membership for on-site facilities.
We are looking for a talented Executive Chef Manager to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Hereford.
You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at Head Chef level (ideally within either contract catering - B&I or Independent Education).
You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus which YOU create! You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset every day.
