A fast-growing aviation technology company in Middlesbrough is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Customer Officer. This hybrid role involves providing executive-level support including diary management, organizing travel, and managing recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Executive Assistant and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers part-time hours with flexibility and exposure to a fast-scaling business in the aviation sector.
Location: Middlesbrough (Hybrid – office & home working)
Reporting to: Chief Customer Officer
Hours: Part-time, approx. 20 hours per week to start (flexible & variable)
Contract: Contract / Freelance
Hourly Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Customer Officer and help keep both operational and commercial activity running smoothly.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and supporting across multiple functions. You’ll provide executive-level support while also assisting with office management, sales administration, recruitment coordination, marketing activity, and tender processes.
We’re ideally looking for someone local to Middlesbrough who can work alongside the CCO in the office when required, while also benefiting from hybrid working flexibility.
