Job description
About Numan

Numan was founded in 2018. We are a 300+ team distributed across the globe, united by our mission to empower people to take control of their health.

Numan is transforming health through a platform that integrates diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programmes, and doctor consultations to maximise life. To deliver on our mission, we are guided by our five company values:

  • Patients first.
  • Learn fast.
  • Own the quality.
  • Succeed together.
  • Care deeply.

Backed by top-tier investors, Numan is making a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of patients in the UK, and we want you to help us deliver this mission!

The Role

As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-quality, trusted support to Numan’s CEO, enabling them to operate effectively and focus on the highest-impact priorities. This is a critical role requiring sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to operate confidently in a complex, fast-moving environment.

You will act as a central point of coordination for the CEO, managing time, information, and logistics with precision. The role requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities calmly, and handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

You’ll be
  • Managing the CEO’s calendar and inbox, ensuring effective prioritisation and scheduling across internal and external commitments.
  • Coordinating meetings, offsites, dinners, and events related to the CEO’s role.
  • Arranging national and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative activity, including expenses, purchase orders and documentation.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and care.
  • Reviewing correspondence and materials, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Acting as a key point of liaison between the CEO and senior stakeholders, including board members and shareholders.
  • Managing conflicting demands and priorities with diplomacy and sound judgement.
  • Operating independently, taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
We’re looking for someone who has
  • Demonstrable experience supporting a senior executive, ideally at CEO or C-suite level.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reflect the CEO’s tone and intent when required.
  • Confidence using productivity tools and systems, with comfort learning new technologies and workflows.
  • High levels of integrity and discretion, with experience handling confidential information.
  • A solutions-focused approach, able to adapt between strategic coordination and operational delivery.
  • The ability to remain composed and effective in a high-performance, fast-moving environment.
It’s a bonus if you have
  • Experience supporting leaders in a scaling or high-growth organisation.
  • Familiarity with automation, AI tools or workflow optimisation to improve efficiency.
Our benefits include
  • Share options.
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 the longer you stay with Numan).
  • Health insurance with Vitality.
  • Enhanced maternity and parental leave.
  • Nursery benefit provided by YellowNest.
  • Employee assistance programme (access to therapy, financial planning and discounts).
  • Generous pension (includes both employee and employer contributions).
  • Flexible working options, including a dog-friendly office in Farringdon.
  • Personal training and development budget via Learnerbly.
  • Wellhubmembership, giving you access to over 2,000 locations in the UK.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Season ticket loan.
  • Discount on Numan products for your friends and family.
  • Paid volunteering days.
  • An additional 2 weeks off once you reach your 5th anniversary with Numan.
