Job description
This is the role

We are looking to welcome a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Content Officer, and Chief Product Officer.

This role sits at the intersection of critical functions: Content, Product, and Commercial. You will be the "connective tissue" that ensures cross-functional collaboration is consistently seamless and senior decision-making is supported by gathering the right people, at the time and in the right place. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-level support to creative and technical leaders within a fast-scaling business.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for the leadership team’s most valuable resource: time. You’ll enable each leader to be visible and accessible to their teams while protecting their focus for strategic work. You will be the master of the “nudge” and able to tailor your communication for different audiences and forums.

Business Rhythms & Admin
  • Calendar Management: Manage complex, high-volume diaries. You will be quick to pivot, anticipating conflicts before they happen and reprioritise schedules as business needs shift.

  • Travel & Expenses: Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements that maximise time efficiency and owning timely expense reporting with precision.

  • Business Cadence: Maintaining leader and team meeting cadences. Ensuring 1:1s, weekly content greenlight meetings, monthly business reviews, content retrospectives etc. are well organised and consistent.

  • Meeting Excellence (second tier priority): If core priorities are in excellent order, you may be asked to support off-sites, select meetings or office management. This may involve checking office supplies, gathering agenda points, sharing materials, taking structured minutes focused on decisions, actions, and deadlines. You will take the lead on next steps that require the leader's time.

This is you
  • Confident & Composed: You thrive in fast-paced environments and remain cool when priorities shift.

  • Discreet: You will handle sensitive information regarding fundraising, M&A activity and strategy. Absolute integrity is essential.

  • Proactive Thinker: You will think beyond the individual task. When booking a flight, you will consider the travel of other stakeholders, the wellbeing of the leaders and the needs at the destination to make the experience smooth and simple.

  • Builds Trust: You care about relationships and build trust cross-functionally to navigate the business.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience: A minimum of three years in executive support.

  • Autonomy: Proficient in managing your own priorities and working with little supervision alongside busy senior leaders.

  • Clear communication: Comfort moving between modes (Slack, slides, email, etc.), communicates succinctly and distills a free-flowing conversation into clean action points.

  • Builder mindset: Understands the transition from a "start-up" to a "scale-up" and enjoys the challenge of navigating ambiguity and building structure where you see opportunity.

  • Technical fluency: Proficiency in Google Workspace (GCal, Docs, Slides, Sheets) is highly desirable.

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!

These are the benefits
  • Up to six months of fully paid parental leave for all new parents - no matter how you identify or where in the world you live

  • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) for all employees.

  • Free online therapy sessions through We.Care.

  • Learning and personal development opportunities to help you thrive and enrich your skills in a fast-paced creator economy.

  • Opportunity to work flexible hours and remotely.

  • The chance to make an impact at a growing international company and see your work pay off immediately.
