What Will You Contribute?

The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is critical to enabling strategic execution by managing complex calendars, preparing executive communications, and facilitating smooth operations across global locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident in engaging with C‑suite executives and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Deliverables
Executive-Level Support
  • Manage dynamic calendars with precision, including scheduling across multiple time zones and coordinating high‑priority meetings.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential communications and documentation with discretion and sound judgment.
Strategic Coordination & Prioritization
  • Track key initiatives and ensure timely follow‑up on strategic deliverables.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prepare executive briefings and support alignment across business priorities.
  • Push back when necessary to protect time and ensure focus on top priorities.
Global Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate communication and relationship management across global teams, including coordination across multiple time zones.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives, including C‑suite, in a fast‑paced, global organization.
  • Strong calendar management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones and supporting global teams.
  • Industry experience in banking, financial services, or technology is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take initiative, and push back when needed to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
