A community-focused charity based in Greater London seeks an experienced Events Sales Coordinator to join its vibrant Events Team. This role will involve engaging with clients, providing outstanding customer service, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings for various events. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in event sales or venue hire, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for customer care. You'll be a vital part of supporting efforts to enrich local communities through successful event management.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Events Sales Coordinator to join our Events Team at Enable!
Enable is a charity dedicated to improving people's wellbeing and strengthening local communities. We work with councils, charities and other local organisations to deliver health, leisure, community services and events that enrich people’s lives and strengthen our local community.

Reports to: Venue and Events Sales Manager
Based: Battersea Park
Salary: £31,500 per annum
Contract: Full Time, 40 hours per week
DBS: Basic
The Events Team are a busy, creative, tight‑knit group of vibrant professionals who pride themselves on 5‑star customer service and going the extra mile for clients. In the Events Team we celebrate creative problem solving, autonomy and integrity in our approach to work.
Acting as the first point of contact for the sales team on initial enquiries, you’ll be the welcoming face of the office, providing exceptional customer service, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and supporting the smooth running of our events processes.
At Enable, we deliver a wide range of events across beautiful venues and outdoor spaces – from community festivals, weddings, and concerts to charity fundraisers, corporate functions and large‑scale cultural celebrations. Every event we deliver not only brings people together but also helps fund the wider work of Enable, a not‑for‑profit charity dedicated to enriching lives and strengthening communities.
You will play a key part in supporting events that bring music, culture, and entertainment to thousands of visitors, celebrate local communities through inclusive and accessible programming, and help raise vital funds that Enable reinvests in health, wellbeing, leisure and green spaces for everyone to enjoy.
