The European Demo Centre Manager for Leica Biosystems (LBS), is responsible for delivering a premium experience for customers requiring a demonstration of LBS equipment in their own facilities or on our site in the Newcastle Demo Lab. They additionally support customers with loan equipment as needed to ensure continuity of operations.
This position is part of the EMEA Customer Excellence Team and will be preferably on site located in Newcastle. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
You will be a part of the European Customer Excellence team and report to the EMEA Customer Excellence Director responsible for driving Customer and Service excellence by designing, implementing and improving our key processes and systems on Service, Customer Care and Demo Support, supporting our customers and associates.
