Estimator – Circet IRE & UK

We are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join our team at Circet UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Analysis: review and analyze project plans and client requirements/documents to calculate costs of labour, plant, materials and project overheads.
• Cost Modeling: use cost modeling techniques to assess impact of inflation, exchange rates, and risk on overall commercial offering.
• Data Gathering: research costs, obtain quotes from suppliers, and analyze data to inform estimates and commence procurement.
• Proposal Development: contribute to development of proposals by providing cost estimates and budget information.
• Cost Tracking and Monitoring: work with commercial colleagues to review actual costs during the project lifecycle, ensuring projects stay within budget and providing insights for future bids.
• Risk Assessment: assess potential risks to project, financial, and schedule.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements

• 2+ years of experience estimating within the telecoms/utilities/construction industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of planning and construction/telecoms activities and contracts.
