Job Description
To provide administrative support to the Estates Management team.
Main Duties
- General day-to-day administration.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails, ensuring that it is dealt with appropriately and in accordance with the Customer Service Charter.
- Assist in setting up records and procedures for developments.
- Be a general point of contact on the telephone for residents / contractors / developers, in the absence of Estates Coordinators / Estates Managers.
- Deal with routine matters and pass more serious or complex matters to the relevant Estate Manager.
- Provide holiday / maternity / paternity / sick leave cover in the Estates Management team, as and when required, particularly in the role of Estates Coordinator.
- Provide support for other departments to suit the needs of the business.
- Undertake other general duties as required from time to time to assist in the success of Premier Estates.

What we ask from you
- English GCSE level 4 (grade C) or above
- Maths GCSE level 4 (grade C) or above
- Customer service experience
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible approach to work
- Positive
- Approachable
- Property Management knowledge is desirable, but not essential
- IRPM is desirable, but not essential
