A not-for-profit organization in East Sussex is seeking an Estate Technician to join their Estate Services team. The role involves basic repairs, grounds maintenance, and general cleaning across various locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in these areas and possess a valid UK driving license. We have an opportunity for an Estate Technician to join our team based in East Sussex, covering numerous sites across the region. This role will be part of the Estate Services team but will be working within a team of 2 as well as some lone working. In this role you will be responsible for cleaning communal areas, such as general needs, housing, and schemes across the region. A company van will be provided to travel to the different sites, along with the tools needed.
