Alexander Rumsey Real Estate is expanding, and we’re offering a motivated sales negotiator the chance to build their own success story within our small team. As a growing, independent agency, we combine local knowledge with a fresh, personalised, bespoke approach that sets us apart in the market.

The Role

As a Negotiator, you will be one of the key faces of AR Real Estate within the local area. This is an employed position offering the opportunity to sell a wide range of properties across West Byfleet and surrounding areas, supported by the structure and resources of a growing estate agency.

You will work both in the office and out in the field, building strong client relationships and delivering the best possible results for buyers and sellers alike. This is a five-day-per-week position, with Saturday work required as part of the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working between office, and the local area
  • Registering, qualifying, and building relationships with potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting property viewings
  • Developing into property valuations with full training and mentoring provided
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated individual who is:

  • Experienced in estate agency, with at least 1 year of proven estate agency experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident communicators with strong people skills
  • Organised and proactive in managing their time and workload
  • Enthusiastic about property and delivering excellent customer service
  • Ambitious to grow their career in estate agency
