Mobilize Financial Services is looking for an ESG & Climate Risk Manager to play a pivotal role within our People Team, helping drive our sustainability agenda across Mobilize Financial Services and Renault UK.

In this high‑impact role, you’ll lead ESG and climate risk initiatives, ensuring compliance with evolving UK and European regulations, supporting our decarbonisation ambitions, and embedding sustainability into everyday business decision‑making. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to turn strategy into action — and make a measurable difference.

What you’ll bring
