The Opportunity

4 on 4 off 6pm - 6am

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll play a key part in keeping production running efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.

Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead a team of Engineers, ensuring effective planned maintenance, rapid response to breakdowns and continuous improvement across engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Engineers, ensuring effective line support to meet production and customer service targets
  • Plan, schedule and control labour, materials and spares within agreed budgets
  • Drive effective planned maintenance, fault diagnosis and first‑time fixes
  • Ensure smooth operation of plant and equipment, minimising downtime
  • Communicate clearly across shifts to ensure continuity and performance
  • Motivate, coach and develop your team, managing performance and conduct where required
