Are you ready to lead a team delivering electro-mechanical engineering projects in highly regulated industries? We are looking for an Engineering Manager with strong electronics design expertise, leadership skills to drive innovation and deliver high-integrity products and experience in either aerospace, medical or defence.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead teams to deliver complex engineering projects and eliminate electronic obsolescence.
  • Oversee design of products combining mechanical and electronic technologies (analogue & digital).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001, SIL, and functional safety standards.
  • Manage product qualification and certification processes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in electronic/electromechanical design.
  • Proven track record in engineering project delivery.
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong management experience in regulated industries.
  • British citizenship.
