Job summary

In this role, you will coach and support managers through grievances and performance management while advising on best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UK employment law and a CIPD Level 5 qualification, alongside at least 5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment. Qualifications

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification required.
