Qualifications

  • Proven track record of overachieving sales targets.
  • Ability to travel 40-60% of the time.
  • Experience in selling HCM and WFM Software is a plus.

  • Develop a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Maintain SFDC to track all prospect information.
  • Create value communication for prospects.
  • Build relationships at all levels within organizations.
