A UK-based facilities management company is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician (Electrical) to undertake electrical maintenance and ensure safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician with strong communication and organisational skills. This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of around £36,574, along with a generous benefits package including holidays, life insurance, and more.
Location: Broadgate Park, Beeston
Salary: Circa £36,574 per annum, plus overtime opportunities.
Permanent full‑time position, 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday with a rolling rota, including two weekends every ten‑week cycle.
Essential requirement: valid manual UK driving licence.
Fully qualified electrician with one of the following qualifications: City & Guilds 236 / 2360 / 2365 / 2000 / 2330 / 2397 or equivalent EAL electrical qualification to Year 2 / Level 3 City & Guilds 2382 – 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Experience in a similar role and environment. Strong communication, IT, and organisational skills. Passion for delivering high quality work.
Good understanding of operational procedures and safe working practices of building services and systems. Excellent knowledge of health and safety and ability to consistently work safely.
Prepared to work additional hours when needed, especially during main student arrival and departure weekends.
