A leading building services provider in Birmingham is seeking an Electrical Contract Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of mechanical works in high-end retirement villages. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising engineers and managing client interactions. This role offers career progression, 21 days annual leave, and a friendly working environment.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Electrical Contract Supervisor to join our vibrant Extra Care team in Birmingham, helping us deliver outstanding service and make a real difference for our clients.
Dodd Group looks after a number of high-end residential retirement villages across the Midlands area. As a Electrical Contract Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of mechanical works on all these properties, ensuring all the work is done to the highest standards
As a Electrical contract Supervisor, you will need to be computer literate and have experience in supervising direct engineers as well as sub-contractors to ensure all work is completed to our clients’ high standards.
You will also be expected to attend weekly and monthly client meetings, managing KPI’S and quoting of new work.
